Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post. Australia Post's delivery standard is 3 - 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipped within Australia, additional postage is applicable to regions outside of Australia and will be calculated on check-out.- Express shipping is also available with Australia for an extra fee.
RETURNS
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item/s. The shipping costs of your original purchase, is not refundable. If you receive a refund/credit on a product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returns &/ exchanged products to deliver us may vary. Please take into consideration delays that are occurring due to Covid-19.
you are advised to using a trackable shipping service & purchase shipping insurance when sending us a parcel, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Your postage/delivery service will be your point of contact to resolve missing or delayed packages.
